The project involved 30 pallets of equipment, including medical tables, stools, and wall-mounted items. The assignment required a complete setup within a fixed September 29–30 delivery window.
With fewer than four days available to arrange the work, South West Logistics coordinated with its El Paso-based service partner to assemble an installation team and prepare for the project. SWL typically plans comparable assignments approximately two weeks in advance.
The local team completed the delivery and installation on September 30 without reported installation issues. Its rapid mobilization and execution helped keep equipment setup on schedule before the facility’s inspections.
SWL also responded promptly when the customer reported two items missing from the delivery. Follow-up established that those items had been shipped separately to the customer through UPS and were not part of the freight handled by SWL. The company helped clarify the separate shipments and address the customer’s concerns.
