ANKARA, Turkey, Aug. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- SmartAlpha, the ultrasound AI company delivering real-time AI solutions to expand the use of ultrasound for procedural guidance, has announced that Dr. Keerthi Vishnudas, PhD has joined as a Co-Founder.

Together with this role, she will also serve as the company's Chief Business Officer.

This strategic move follows SmartAlpha's recent FDA clearance, which opens the door for the company's technologies to be used in clinics across the United States.

With over 20 years of experience at the intersection of medtech and business, focused on driving the adoption of new technologies, Dr. Vishnudas brings valuable expertise to the leadership team at SmartAlpha. In her new role, she will lead the company's product strategy and spearhead commercialization and growth in its key markets, especially the United States.

Dr. Vishnudas is a bioengineer trained in the design and development of specialized MRI systems that enable free radical imaging to detect diseases, including cancer. She has spent a significant part of her career in product and marketing, dedicated to commercializing real-time MRI-guided radiation therapy for cancer treatments at innovative medtech companies including Varian Medical Systems (now part of Siemens Healthineers), Elekta, and ViewRay. Most recently, as Director of Strategy & Business Development at GE Healthcare, she led partnership strategies to accelerate adoption of innovations in ultrasound. She is also a mentor at Endless Frontier Labs at NYU Stern School of Business and serves as an advisor on the Women's Health Council at Springboard Enterprises, focused on accelerating the success of women entrepreneurs.
