Muserk Expands in Nashville, Adds Key Talent, and Earns 5th Consecutive Inc. 5000 Honor Amid Accelerating Growth

PR Newswire

NASHVILLE, Tenn., Aug. 26, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Muserk, a leading global rights management company driven by proprietary AI software, Blue Matter®, has accelerated its growth with prestigious accolades, strategic hires, and new business ventures. What began as a royalty collection platform has evolved into a comprehensive business that spans music rights administration, patented AI technology, copyright royalty funds and catalog ownership. This new model positions Muserk at the intersection of music rights, data, and investment.

For the fifth consecutive year, Inc. 5000 has named Muserk to the prestigious list of America's fastest-growing private companies—a milestone achieved by fewer than 5% of companies on the list. The Inc. 5000 list represents the fastest-growing private companies in America. Muserk's long-standing position on the list exemplifies the company's dedication to steady growth and its recent business expansion.

"We built a company that solves the biggest challenges in rights management, and now we're applying that infrastructure to develop new products and services—for ourselves and rights holders around the world," said Paul Goldman, Founder and CEO. "To accommodate our ongoing business growth, we are also focused on expanding our team. Our new hires bring with them unparalleled expertise that strengthens our technology offerings as well as our customer experience."

Muserk marked a significant personnel expansion this year with the addition of four new team members, bringing the company's total to just under 20 employees. Expanding its footprint in the heart of Music City by roughly 20%, the new team members will support Muserk as it scales up its technology and admin service offerings.

  • Jeanine Davis and Jeremy Swain joined as software developers, supporting Muserk's continued development of Blue Matter®, its proprietary AI software. Davis comes to Muserk from BerniePortal, where she spent several years as a full-stack developer, helping to build and scale a widely used software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. With a background as a Royalty Administrator at Capitol Christian, Jeanine brings a unique blend of engineering skill and industry insight. Swain previously worked at Exactuals, where he focused on the intersection of data, engineering, and royalty accounting, forming a strong background in both music and technology sectors. His deep technical range and industry knowledge will be instrumental as Muserk continues to scale platforms and enhance the precision of its royalty systems.
  • Molly Tiemann and Emily Kelly joined as administrators, bolstering Muserk's global royalty and rights operations. Tiemann comes to Muserk from SESAC with experience in registration, metadata ingestion, database management, catalog auditing, and ownership conflict resolution. As the company expands its service offerings, Molly will play an integral role in testing and refining rights management operations while enhancing catalog and metadata validation workflows. Kelly holds a degree in Music Rights Administration from Belmont University and brings with her more than four years of experience in catalog registration, royalty payment operations, and international licensing. Most recently, she served as the Senior Publishing Catalog Specialist at Music Services.

In addition to new hires, long-time team member Collin White was promoted to Chief Technology Officer, while Truman Kitos-Lindsey was promoted to Director of Rights Management. In White's new position, he will lead the ongoing development of Muserk's proprietary Blue Matter® technology and new SaaS offerings. New hires Molly Tiemann and Emily Kelly will report to Kitos-Lindsey in his new role of Director of Rights Management.

Industry veteran Marc Driskill continues to lead Muserk as General Manager, bringing decades of music industry leadership to guide Muserk's operations and strategic expansion in Nashville. An accountant by trade, Driskill has spent his career working in a hybrid role focused on helping creatives understand the flow of money in the music business, with stints as ASCAP, Big Loud, Sea Gayle Music, and most recently FirstBank, where he guided the bank in establishing a greater presence in the music world.

With headquarters now firmly planted in Nashville and a growing global footprint, Muserk's 2025 performance is already exceeding the pace of prior years. New international partnerships, catalog investment strategies, and SaaS rollouts are all underway, driving the company forward into new horizons.
