PROVIDENCE, R.I., Aug. 19, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Laser Research Optics has introduced a broad line of laser beam splitters that are offered in a wide range of sizes for lasers from 100 Watts up.

Laser Research Beam Splitters are made from ZnSe with S or P polarization coatings to modify their reflectance and are marked with an arrow on the O.D. surface pointing towards surface "1". Designed for use at 45 degree angle of incidence and 10.6 microns wavelength, they are offered in 0.25" to 3" O.D. sizes and various thicknesses.

Precision manufactured, Laser Research Beam Splitters are coated on surface "1" 50% ±3% reflectance and surface "2" has an anti-reflective coat for 0.25% max. reflectance. Featuring a surface finish of 40-20 scratch-dig per MIL-O-13830, flatness is one-fortieth wave max. at 10.6 microns, and parallelism is 3 Arc/mins max.
