PITTSBURGH, Aug. 21, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- "We thought there could be a more efficient, effective, and safe air conditioning and air filtration system for households and the business industry," said one of three inventors, from Vallejo, California, "so we invented the Vortex Air Scrubber, Purifier & AC."
The patent-pending invention was designed with five main features in mind. First, it could help solve contamination of the environment and all bodies of water caused by toxicity brought about by the old ozone depleting refrigerants and newly developed chemical refrigerants. Secondly, the invention would be different from any evaporative air coolers by not employing a high-pressure compressor and radiator type heat exchangers. Thirdly, in addition to cooling, the invention would also entrap dust, bacteria, viruses, and unwanted odors. The fourth feature ensures the entrapped pathogens are neutralized using a safe method of deactivation, in compliance with the US-EPA by not using UV light, Ozone, Hydroxyl, or any radicals that may pose harm to human health. Finally, with the absence of any high energy consuming compressor and over-rated blowers, the invention would afford a substantial reduction in running costs and maintenance.
The original design was submitted to the National sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
