The fourth feature ensures the entrapped pathogens are neutralized using a safe method of deactivation, in compliance with the US-EPA by not using UV light, Ozone, Hydroxyl, or any radicals that may pose harm to human health. Finally, with the absence of any high energy consuming compressor and over-rated blowers, the invention would afford a substantial reduction in running costs and maintenance.
