Their appointments add depth across government affairs, healthcare law, acquisitions, and finance—enhancing HaloMD's ability to safeguard provider sustainability, preserve patient access to care, and shape a more equitable IDR process for providers nationwide.

Patrick Velliky serves as Chief External Affairs Officer and SVP for Government Affairs, leading all government relations and strategic communications efforts. Patrick brings nearly 20 years of experience in government, healthcare policy, and advocacy, including senior legislative roles in both the U.S. House and U.S. Senate, leadership at a major hospital trade association, and executive advocacy on behalf of two Fortune 50 insurers. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and a member of the Senior Executive Leadership Team at Envision Healthcare. At HaloMD, Patrick will shape regulatory policy and strengthen provider protections in an evolving reimbursement environment.

Justin Carangelo joins HaloMD as General Counsel. Justin is a healthcare law leader with more than 25 years of experience in provider–payor relations, disputes, and compliance with the No Surprises Act. He previously served in senior legal leadership roles at Envision Healthcare and HCA Healthcare, where he twice negotiated national network agreements with UnitedHealthcare Group. At HaloMD, Justin will oversee all legal and compliance functions, ensuring airtight execution in IDR disputes while reinforcing HaloMD's role as the trusted authority in fair reimbursement.

Eric Slimmer is now HaloMD's Senior Vice President and Chief Officer for Strategic Partnerships and Acquisitions. Eric has nearly two decades of experience driving physician group growth, acquisitions, and integration. He most recently served as Chief Development Officer and SVP of Physician Partnerships at United Musculoskeletal Partners (UMP), following UMP's merger with Novum Orthopedic Partners, where he was Chief Development Officer and a Board Member. At HaloMD, Eric will lead partnerships and acquisitions, expanding provider networks and building strategic alliances that strengthen HaloMD's ability to deliver sustainable reimbursement outcomes.

Rohan Linton joins HaloMD as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. Rohan brings more than 15 years of leadership experience in finance across healthcare and technology. He most recently served as CFO of Price Optimization at Zelis, following his tenure as VP of Finance at Zelis. Previously, he was Head of FP&A at Liquidnet, where he directed financial planning for the company's strategic sale, and held senior finance leadership roles at Gartner, Inc. He earned his MBA from Emory University and a BS in Finance from New York University. At HaloMD, Rohan will scale financial operations, optimize forecasting, and ensure the company continues to deliver predictable, sustainable revenue for providers nationwide.

"HaloMD's mission has always been to secure fair and reasonable reimbursement so providers can remain financially stable and patients maintain access to essential care," said Alla LaRoque, President of HaloMD.
