HUNT A KILLER LAUNCHES BLOOD & INK GAME WITH CELEBRITY TATTOO ARTIST BANG BANG

PR Newswire

The new standalone mystery challenges players to solve a murder through tattoo-inspired evidence and an exclusive tattoo design created for the game by Bang Bang.

NEW YORK, Sept. 10, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Hunt A Killer, the award-winning immersive mystery brand from Relatable, is bringing tattoos and true crime together in its newest standalone investigation, Hunt A Killer: Blood & Ink. Players must solve a murder where the victim's tattoos hold the key to cracking the case. The game also includes a custom  semi permanent tattoo designed exclusively by renowned celebrity tattoo artist Bang Bang. Fans will be able enter a sweepstakes for the chance to receive a real tattoo from Bang Bang himself.

Hunt A Killer: Blood & Ink

Set in the fictional town of Chuckstown, Pennsylvania, Blood & Ink follows tattoo artist Jenny Gibbons after her best friend, local chef Tony Casagrande, is found murdered with a tattoo that appeared after his death. As players examine realistic evidence, decode the meaning behind Tony's body art and connect clues hidden throughout the investigation, they'll work to uncover who used a corpse as their final canvas.

"Blood & Ink is unlike any Hunt A Killer game we've created before," said Joe Ninivaggi, Sr. Director, Brand Strategy at Relatable. "This investigation blends our signature immersive storytelling with the artistry of tattoo culture in a way that felt like the perfect next chapter for the brand. We're especially thrilled to collaborate with Bang Bang, whose beautiful tattoo design created for the game adds an unforgettable layer to the player experience. Partnering with cultural icons like Bang Bang allows us to introduce Hunt A Killer to new audiences while giving our fans a story they can literally wear."

Known for tattooing celebrities including Rihanna, Justin Bieber and LeBron James, Bang Bang designed an exclusive semi-permanent custom tattoo exclusively for the game. Players who solve the mystery will unlock the design hidden inside the game's solution envelope, giving them the opportunity to wear a piece created by one of the world's most recognizable tattoo artists.

"Working with Hunt a Killer was dope. I loved the idea of collaborating on a board game that was geared towards tattooing," said Bang Bang. I appreciate the opportunity to create a design that was unique to the story and represents what I do as an artist. The Hunt a Killer team was great to work with and I can't wait to see people enjoying this unique story with their friends and family."

Designed for one or more players, Blood & Ink combines Hunt A Killer's signature investigative gameplay with new tactile evidence inspired by the world of tattooing, including practice tattoo skin, a temporary tattoo, crime scene photography and other physical clues that encourage players to examine every detail.

To celebrate the launch, Hunt A Killer is also giving fans the opportunity to enter for a chance to win a six-hour tattoo session with Bang Bang. Beginning July 19 through Sept. 19, eligible customers who purchase Blood & Ink can submit their receipt through the official sweepstakes website for a chance to win.

Blood & Ink is available now at HuntAKiller.com, Target.com, and Barnes & Noble.
