CLEARWATER, Fla., Aug. 20, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- FrankCrum is proud to announce that Anna Holder, Senior Vice President of Client Services and Operations, has been named to the Tampa Bay Business Journal's (TBBJ) 2025 40 Under 40 list. This annual recognition honors Tampa Bay's most accomplished young professionals who are driving innovation, leading with purpose, and making a lasting impact in their industries and communities.
Holder's story is one of remarkable growth and grit. She began her career at FrankCrum in an entry-level role and steadily rose through the ranks, gaining hands-on experience across Payroll, Accounting, Compliance, and Client Experience. Along the way, she earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration — funded through FrankCrum's employee education benefit.
"Anna is a terrific pick by TBBJ, and I am delighted for her on both a professional and personal level," said Haley Crum, Co-President of FrankCrum. "Anna's growth has happened alongside the growth of FrankCrum, and she has played a pivotal role in the company's success. We are lucky to have her, and I am thrilled that TBBJ is sharing with the rest of the world a small taste of what an amazing person Anna is. We are blessed to get to work with her each and every day."
Today, Holder leads four critical business functions that directly impact client satisfaction and company growth: Client Experience, Benefits, Product Management, and Revenue Operations. In the past year alone, she delivered four major technology enhancements, revamped the customer onboarding process to accelerate implementation by 30%, and helped FrankCrum achieve its highest-ever client retention rate of 91%. She also completed the LeadForward Executive Leadership program, sharpening her skills in strategic communication, mentorship, and emotional intelligence.
"What I love most about my journey is that it's been organic growth within one organization, allowing me to build deep relationships and institutional knowledge while constantly taking on new challenges," said Anna Holder. "This progression has taught me that adaptability and sustained performance are key to long-term success. And honestly, I attribute much of my success to the amazing team, leadership, and company we have here."
Holder's impact extends beyond the workplace. She volunteered with Operation BBQ Relief following the 2024 hurricane season, organized sustainable meal distribution routes, and actively supports educational initiatives through her children's school PTA. She also mentors rising leaders within FrankCrum, helping others grow their careers just as she has.
"Each year, we're blown away by the talent, drive, and impact of Tampa Bay's next generation of leaders — and this year's 40 Under 40 class sets a new bar," said Ian Anderson, Market President and Publisher of the Tampa Bay Business Journal. "These honorees aren't just succeeding in their fields; they're shaping the future of our region through innovation, service, and bold leadership."
