Full-Day Workshop Empowers Entrepreneurs to Harness AI for Real Business Results

BALTIMORE, Sept. 17, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) Baltimore is bringing artificial intelligence out of theory and into practice with its AI Hackathon, a full-day immersive workshop designed exclusively for business owners on Thursday, November 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Woodholme Country Club. The day concludes with a cocktail reception, giving attendees the opportunity to connect, collaborate, and continue conversations with fellow entrepreneurs.

The workshop is open to EO and EO Accelerator members, their Key Executives, Spouse/Life Partners, and qualified entrepreneurs and business owners interested in experiencing the value of Entrepreneurs' Organization through a limited Day Pass opportunity.

Facilitated by Sagar Pandya, Founder of Spej, an AI transformation company, and author of The AI Culture Blueprint, this highly interactive workshop is designed to help entrepreneurs move beyond simply talking about AI—and begin using it to solve their business challenges.

"AI is changing the way businesses operate, but many owners aren't sure where to begin," said Pandya. "This workshop is about leaving with practical tools, working solutions, and the confidence to immediately apply AI within your organization."

Unlike traditional conferences, the EO Baltimore AI Hackathon features two guided learning tracks, allowing participants to learn at the level that's right for them:

  • Claude Co-Work – Ideal for business owners who want to leverage AI as a strategic partner to improve productivity, streamline operations, enhance communication, and make better decisions—no coding experience required.
  • Claude Code – Designed for more technically experienced participants ready to build AI-powered workflows, automations, and custom solutions.

Throughout the day, attendees will work alongside facilitators and peers to build practical AI tools they can immediately implement in their businesses.

Participation requires:

  • A paid Claude subscription
  • Completion of a required pre-event survey (sent after registration)

EO Baltimore believes entrepreneurs grow best when they learn from one another. Beyond practical business education, members gain access to a trusted global network of founders, transformative learning experiences, and lifelong relationships that support both personal and professional growth.

"This isn't another seminar where you'll leave with a notebook full of ideas and more questions than answers," said Denny Kisner, Founder of Kisner's Solutions, Kisner's Hair Company and EO Baltimore's Learning Chair. "You'll spend the day building alongside other entrepreneurs, walk away with a finished AI solution you can immediately implement, and finish the evening connecting over a social hour with fellow business owners who share your drive to innovate and grow."

Space is limited, and early registration is encouraged.
