The Annual Meeting will be a virtual meeting via a live audio webcast that is available at: www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AMS2026. There will be no physical Meeting location and the Meeting will only be conducted via the live audio webcast. To participate in the Meeting you must have your 16-digit control number that is shown on your proxy card.
The Board of Directors fixed the close of business on April 27, 2026, as the record date for determination of shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the Annual Meeting.
